Does it work offline?
Yes. Sessions and timers are server-authoritative but offline-tolerant — the floor keeps running on the local network if the internet drops, and syncs when it’s back.
Which payment rails do you support?
Local-first: FIB, FastPay, ZainCash and Qi, plus cash and cards. Wallet top-ups settle through local rails.
What hardware do I need?
Any Android TV for the screens, Tuya relays for lights, and a Windows PC or tablet for the console. Mihwar drives them over MQTT — sessions are the source of truth, hardware never traps a paying guest.
Is it available in Kurdish and Arabic?
Yes — Sorani, Arabic and English, RTL-first. The whole operator app and this site switch languages live.
